2021年12月17日，我所涉外团队荣幸受吴江欧中实业投资有限公司邀请赴吴江欧中产业园年终客户见面会举办英语法律讲座。我所陈杨禹霆、陈辛晓、朱治理律师参加了本次客户见面会。

On December 17, 2021, legal team on foreign-related matters of Jiangsu Mydo Law Firm was honored to be invited to deliver legal speeches in Suzhou European Sino Industrial Park on the clients meeting of the year. Attorney Michael Chen, Cynthia Chen and JulieZhu participated in this meeting.

随后，专攻公司业务、商事业务及合同法领域的陈杨禹霆律师根据自身多年执业经验，为各位高管分享了草拟、协商、签订商业合同中各个步骤中值得注意的法律问题。合同在公司各个业务领域中都不可避免，细小的疏忽可能为合同签订立方带来无法挽回的损失，就此会后也有多位高管就合同相关法律问题与陈杨禹霆律师进行了深入探讨。

Following, attorney Michael Chen, who is specialized in companies’ disputes, business disputes and contracts disputes, delivered a talk on the details shall be worthy of noticing when drafting, negotiating and signing business contracts.
