审判长：被告人×××，你还有别的姓名吗，你的出生年月日、民族、出生地、文化程度、职业、住址,是否受到过法律处分是否被采取强制措施,何时被采取何种强制措施.是否收到起诉书副本，收到×××人民检察院的起诉书副本时间

The chief judge：The defendant×××,do you have other names? Your date of birth, nationality, place of birth, standard of culture, occupation, address. Whether you have received legal punishment or have been taken coercive measures? When and what kind of coercive measures was taken? Whether received the copy of the indictment? The date of receipt of a copy of the indictment of the People's Procuratorate.

(被害人到庭的，亦应由审判长先查明其姓名、年龄、职业、住址)

(被告人有法定代理人的，应当依次查明身份及与被代理人的关系)

【法庭辩论】

【Court debate stage】

审判长：法庭调查结束，现在进行法庭辩论。在辩论前，法庭提请控、辩双方注意，辩论应主要围绕确定罪名、量刑及其他有争议的问题进行辩论。先请公诉人发言。

The chief judge: This is the end of the court investigation stage. Now the court debate commences. Before the debate, the court shall draw the attention of both parties in court: Our debate should argue over conviction or sentencing or other controversial issues .Now, Mr. Prosecutor, you may present your statement of prosecution.

审判长：被告人×××可以自行辩护。

【被告人最后陈述】

【Defendant Closing Statement】

审判长：法庭辩论终结。根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百六十条的规定，现在由被告人做最后陈述。

The chief judge：Close of court debate. In accordance with article 160 of Criminal Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China，the defendant makes his closing statement now.
